Processing of open food : with the highest care
When a production is started, during which there is a direct contact with food , it is obvious that additional stringent standards are applied . We strive to meet the most stringent regulatory requirements for hygiene and protection of the food chain .

The procedures for cleaning and disinfection are supported by an access lock . It is not possible to access the production area without first disinfecting the hands . In addition to full custom clothing and footwear , all machinery and equipment are constructed and maintained to the highest nutritional standards . The entire production is therefore fully cleaned and disinfected daily .

At random times and places in the production tempertatuur measurements are taken . With this additional control, we underline our commitment that the critical temperatures are respected at all times .

The whole process around respecting the cold chain , respect for hygiene , respect for traceability procedures , … is driven by our HACCP plan. Our quality manager provides the necessary checks , in addition to the audit of the Agency and the audits of our customers.
